Our goal is to create a forum for those who are true seekers of the narrow way and who desire to understand their calling as the members of the Body of Christ (Romans 12:5), cooperating with Him and working together with each other for the building up of the Kingdom through the resurrection Life of Jesus Christ. In contrast we are seeking to expose the concepts which promote individualism and independence taught from misinterpretation of scripture.
Our endeavour is clearly reflected in Ephesians 4:14-19 (New American Standard Bible)
14As a result, we are no longer to be children, tossed here and there by waves and carried about by every wind of doctrine, by the trickery of men, by craftiness in deceitful scheming;
15but speaking the truth in love, we are to grow up in all aspects into Him who is the head, even Christ,
16from whom the whole body, being fitted and held together by what every joint supplies, according to the proper working of each individual part, causes the growth of the body for the building up of itself in love.
17So this I say, and affirm together with the Lord, that you walk no longer just as the Gentiles also walk, in the futility of their mind,
18being darkened in their understanding, excluded from the life of God because of the ignorance that is in them, because of the hardness of their heart;
19and they, having become callous, have given themselves over to
sensuality for the practice of every kind of impurity with greediness.

God's Choice

God's Choice

Tyrone Thompson Sr.

Introduction
The purpose of this fellowship is to encourage our brothers and sisters in Christ to dive into the word for a deeper, richer, and fuller understanding of God’s ultimate purpose (Isaiah 55:8-11).
Prayer, and interactive discussion via the Holy Spirit is encouraged.
As a fellow pilgrim of the called ones I invite your full participation and generous discussion .
Background:
From Genesis to Revelation there are numerous accounts of "firsts" and "seconds" e.g., The Tree of Life in the Garden of Eden (Gen. 2:9) and The Tree of Life in the The Holy City (Rev. 22:19). When the wine served at the wedding feast in Cana of Galilee (John 2:2-11) was depleted, Jesus produced the second wine, the good wine which served as a sign.
Discussion
Are there similar occurrences in the Bible where God’s preference is for the "second"?
Bear in mind, the "first" has a specific purpose and has not been rendered invaluable or useless by God.

Next Steps
As you study these accounts and others share what has been revealed to you regarding the "first" then "second
In your response, please cite scriptural references.
